Outside the Golden Torch Ballroom at Tunstall, where we had many good times, both as performers and clients when they first opened and featured live groups. When it went over to 'Northern Soul' in the Seventies I never went again as I hated Disco's. The picture shows members of the Tennesseans group with the singer Ricky Ford third from right and DJ Barmy Barry in the centre. I can't recall the other names apart from Gwenne Price on the right who lives next door but one from me. I first met her long after that photo was taken.
